Orders ship within 3–4 business days via USPS from Tuttle, Oklahoma. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, or shows delivered but never showed up, email info@ballwhackers.co within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Custom and wholesale orders
Production time depends on the order. We'll confirm your ship date when you approve your proof.
